Within the last several days (from the date of this review), I took my small notebook into Kerr IT Solutions to simply be reformatted. I did not need data to be saved. Just a simple “wipe clean”.
Kerr IT Solutions cannot be faulted. They provided the most affordable quote. Other businesses I contacted quoted me between $200 and $350. I only paid $295 for the notebook. The job was done in 24 hours. The service was excellent and very adaptable to what my business’ requirements were.

Our office was ready to relocate, but then we were hit with Cyclone Marcia. Power was out to most of the town, but we found out that one of the only streets that didn’t lose power was the street our new office was located on. Our move was scheduled for 2 weeks’ time. I contacted Kerr IT Solutions on the off chance that they would be able to bring their work date forward. Bruce shuffled his schedule and agreed to help us out. The move was made two weeks early with his help. His staff even got in and helped us move some of our computer gear. The move was made by our staff, their cars and trailers as the removalists couldn’t bring their date forward. Kerr IT Solutions’s staff was exceptional under the circumstances; many not even having their own power at home. They made the move and the new setup a breeze having to work in and around us lugging furniture around. We can call on them any time, even if it is just for advice.
